Client brief
The homeowner of a residential property in Hemel Hempstead wanted to replace an outdated heating system with a modern, energy-efficient, and low-carbon solution. The system needed to meet the home’s heating and hot water demands while lowering energy bills and reducing environmental impact.
Our solution
We designed and installed a NIBE 2050-10kW air source heat pump system, including:
- 300L Megacoil water cylinder to ensure a consistent hot water supply.
- 100L buffer tank to improve system efficiency and reduce cycling.
Our team managed the safe decommissioning of the old system and carefully positioned the outdoor unit to meet planning and noise regulations. The new system was seamlessly integrated with the home’s existing plumbing, providing an energy-efficient and future-proof heating solution.
