Better Planet was instructed to design, install, and commission seven separate Solar PV systems for a new development in Primrose Hill, London.

Solution
The development consists of a commercial unit and six dwellings. The 250Wp panels, manufactured by Seraphin, are installed on flat roofs using a roof mounting system from Schletter.
Results
The commercial system is 9kWp with an estimated yearly output of 7,542kWh expected to benefit from a yearly Feed in Tariff payment of £1,097.
Two dwellings have been fitted with 2kW systems with an estimated yearly output of 1,676 kWh’s expected to benefit from a yearly Feed in Tariff payment of £265. Four dwellings have been fitted with 0.5kW systems with an estimated yearly output of 419 kWh’s expected to benefit from a yearly Feed in Tariff payment of £66.
