We offer solutions for all types of floor, here are the most common:
The Screed system is used when the underfloor heating is to be screeded and is suitable for renovation as well as new built. It offers a heating system with a low temperature that can be connected to all types of heat sources.
To fixate the pipes prior to screeding the following options are available:
Clip rail – rail in plastic with slots that fixate the pipes during the casting.
Pipe holding nail – nail made out of plastic attaches the pipes to a cellulose foundation.
Pipe ties – a plastic strip that attaches the pipes to the reinforcement net.
As this solution is the cheapest and best in terms of heal transfer, it should be used whenever possible.
The Wooden system includes a 22 mm chipboard with slots for the pipes and aluminum heat distribution plates. The slotted chipboard replaces the usual sub floor and is placed directly on the wooden joists. Suitable when renovating as well as when building something new.
Since the chipboards are bearing it is possible to add a thin covering floor. This minimises the insulation effect and the heating system is able to function at a lower temperature.
The Floating system is composed by aluminum heat distribution plates and EPS floorboards. It can be used for both remodeling and new construction. To enable installation of thin flooring the EPS floorboards have a very high resistance to pressure.
Floating system 18 – floorboards with a building height of only 18mm.
Floating system 30/50/70 – floorboards with a building height of 30, 50 or 70mm. The thickness of the board that is used depends on the conditions of the facility. The lighter the insulation that is used in the foundation the thicker the board is recommended.
