BETTER PLANET introduces single phase ground and air source heat pumps with outputs up to 45 kW
 
We are pleased to announce  that we can now offer our clients brine-to-water heat pumps with outputs up to 45 kW. This has been made possible through a development by Thoren, our technology partner for heat pumps.
 
Many properties only has access to single phase electricity and heat pumps for this supply have not been available in sizes over 15 kW. Until now the only solution for large properties has been to dock several heat pumps in series. With our new series of single phase heat pumps we make it possible to save space in the plant room and to provide a cheaper and quicker installation.
 

Initially we offer three sizes in single phase:

These heat pumps will complement our existing range of single phase heat pumps with outputs of 4 kW, 5 kW, 8 kW, 9 kW and 11kW.
 
We believe that we are the only company offering single phase heat pumps greater than 15 kW.

BETTER PLANET Ltd has agreed with the Swedish company Energytower on a partnership for the UK market. Energytower holds the world wide patent rights for a new way of generating electrical energy from wind.
